deb koffman: I make art about my life: my feelings, my thoughts, my experiences. I practice Buddhist teachings: mindfulness, kindness, awareness, presence. I have studied NVC, NLP, Vivation, yoga, meditation, Continuum, and Authentic Movement. I teach a weekly class called Drawing As Mindfulness Practice. And I host a monthly open mic event called In Words Out Words, where anyone from the community has the opportunity to share their artistic expression…stories, poems, songs, dance, performance.
